Pre‑SOMA Shadowing Program

Our Shadowing Program gives members the chance to observe physicians in real clinical settings and gain first‑hand exposure to the practice of medicine. This is one of the most valuable ways to learn what a physician’s day looks like and to ask questions about patient care, specialties, and the path to medical school.

• Eligibility is based on the Pre‑SOMA point system. Members earn points by attending GBMs, volunteering, fundraising, and tabling. 

• All updates, application links, and scheduling details will be shared first at our GBMs, and also posted in our GroupMe and Linktree. Be sure to stay engaged so you don’t miss this opportunity!
